Dr. Jeff Hochstein

Dr. Hochstein lives in Monroe Township with his wife Renee. In addition to more then 30 years of private practice Dr. Hochstein teaches in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He is extremely proud of his daughter Dr. Amanda Hochstein who is continuing the family tradition and now practices along side of him as our periodontist at Dental Care Hillsborough.

“When I am not caring for patients or mentoring students at UPENN I enjoy playing golf, spending quality time with my family and relaxing at home with a great book.”




Dr. Amanda Hochstein

Dr. Amanda Hochstein earned her D.D.S. degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialty training in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where she was able to train under some of the most prestigious members of her field. She earned her board certification in Periodontics, and has lectured at local and national dental conferences on a wide variety of periodontal topics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of periodontal treatment, from implants to bone regeneration, to gum grafting and laser therapy. She is also a member of the board of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. Dr. Hochstein brings to our practice the latest and most effective periodontal and implant treatments available, and strives to provide treatment that is comfortable and predictable. She is a very caring and compassionate practitioner, who prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients.

Dr. Hochstein resides in New Jersey with her husband Greg. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and traveling. What she loves most about working at Dental Care Hillsborough is the opportunity to work alongside her father and continuing in the family tradition of exceptional patient care. Additionally, the office provides a warm and caring environment in which she can provide outstanding care for each patient she treats.”




Dr. Raquel Rodriguez

Dr Raquel Rodriguez grew up in Hudson Valley, NY and attended Yale University prior to going to Rutgers to complete her dental degree. She received numerous awards and scholarships including the prestigious Dr. Irwin Quinn Memorial Award and the Horace Wells Award. She continued on to be chief resident at Newark Beth Israel where she was named resident of the year.

Dr. Rodriguez currently resides in Hoboken and loves to travel, play soccer and cooking. She love Dental Care because “being part of a dental team that focuses on building meaningful relationships with patients to improve their health and confidence” is what she believes in.




Dr. Matthew Vaccaro

Dr. Matthew Vaccaro was born in Massachusetts and raised in San Francisco. He attended Bucknell University prior to earning his dental degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He has been practicing for over 15 years and recently furthered his education by completing the Dawson Continuum. Dr. Vaccaro also serves as an attending dentist on the Morristown Medical Center staff and teaches the residents in the program. His passion is cosmetic dentistry and rounds out his resume with his vast knowledge in prosthodontics and implant restoration. Dr. Vaccaro currently resides in Bernardsville, NJ and is married with 3 sons. When he isn’t practicing he loves to coach his boys sports teams, play golf and swim. He loves what dentistry has brought to his life and giving his patients a smile that they can be proud of.



Dr. Saima Syed

Dr. Saima Syed grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers where she received a BA in Chemistry before continuing on into their dental program.  She completed her residency at St. Barnabas, NY and furthered her education at the Misch Implant Institute.  Dr. Syed still lives in New Jersey where she loves to spend quality time with her husband and 3 children, baking cupcakes with her daughters, being outdoors playing soccer with her son or relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea.  She loves everything about dentistry especially working with patients with dental phobia and making them comfortable and at ease while they get their treatment and see the positive change to their life and realizing a smile is priceless.
